The Revolutionary Reusable is suitable from around three months and adjusts with poppers as your baby grows. It's designed to take them all the way through to potty training, so once you're in, you're set.
Most parents find 15 to 20 nappies gives a comfortable two-day rotation with washes in between. Toddlers tend to need fewer changes than newborns, so you may get away with slightly fewer as they get older.
Many nurseries are happy to use them, and the Revolutionary Reusable is simple enough that staff can get on with it without much explanation. It goes on like a disposable and the used nappy goes into a wet bag in your changing bag.
The Revolutionary Reusable has a pocket inside where you can slot in an extra bamboo or microfibre insert for overnight use or longer trips. Handy for heavy wetters or days when you know it'll be a while between changes.
Machine wash at 60°C with your usual detergent, skip the fabric softener as it affects absorbency over time, and line dry when you can.
