STANDARD DELIVERY (UK)

A standard delivery charge of £3.95 is applied to orders delivered to mainland UK (Includes Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland). This delivery service is not tracked.

A tracked delivery to the above territories is free on all orders over the value of £50.*

We aim to deliver all orders within 3-5 working days. While we endeavor to meet such timescales, we do not undertake to dispatch Products and/or commence Services by a particular date or dates and shall not be liable to you in respect of delays or failure to do so. Bambino Mio cannot be responsible for delays in Product delivery as a result of circumstances beyond the company's control.

If you refuse or fail to take delivery of Products provided in accordance with these Terms, Bambino Mio cannot be held liable for any risk of loss or damage to the Products.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY (UK)

A next working day delivery option is available on all orders to Mainland UK (Excludes Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Northern Ireland and Ireland) placed before 1pm.

A next day delivery charge of £5.95 will be applied to all orders.

Delivery will be made on the next working day (Monday – Friday). If orders are placed on a weekend (Saturday – Sunday) delivery will be made on the following Tuesday.

Next day delivery is excluded on Public Holidays.

Delivery is fully tracked and delivery notifications via email are provided by the carrier. A signature may be required on receipt of your order.

If you refuse or fail to take delivery of products provided in accordance with these Terms, Bambino Mio cannot be held liable for any risk of loss or damage to the products.

Delivery to the above is free on all orders over the value of €50.*

STANDARD DELIVERY (WORLDWIDE)

If you live outside of the UK or Republic of Ireland and wish to place an order please use the country selection in the top right hand corner of this webpage to select your country. If your country of residence is not listed, please contact us at customercare@bambinomio.com or complete our contact us form.

BREXIT

Will I still be able to purchase your products?

Yes, you will still be able to purchase our products after Brexit. We are fully prepared to handle the changes that may be caused by the UK's departure from the European Union and there will be no impact on the availability of our products.

Will the cost of my order be affected by Brexit?

No, Bambino Mio will continue to offer quality products at reasonable prices with no additional taxes or duties. The price you see at the checkout is the final cost of your order.

Will my order be delayed due to Brexit?

Currently there are no delays to delivery times. We have put several measures in place to avoid any impact on your delivery time and in the unlikely event your order is affected, we will communicate any delays to you as soon as possible.

REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you would like to return a product purchased directly from us for a refund or exchange, please download and complete our RETURNS FORM and include this with your returned items. Along with our returns form for items under 2kg you can print a free postage RETURNS LABEL and affix this to your parcel.

Bambino Mio will refund or exchange any product purchased directly from its online store providing products are in saleable condition and within 45 days of purchase (proof of purchase is required).

When returning products for exchange or for refund we advise you obtain a (free) certificate of posting. Bambino Mio cannot accept responsibility for returned items that are lost/damaged in the post.

Please note, due to the nature of the product if the product has been washed or worn the item is deemed ‘not saleable.’

RETURNING OR EXCHANGING DAMAGED OR FAULTY PRODUCTS

Bambino Mio will exchange or replace any damaged or faulty products covered by our guarantee. View our guarantee to see full details.

Bambino Mio will replace products which have been purchased directly from its online store at www.bambinomio.co.uk.

If products are damaged or a manufacturing fault has been identified Bambino Mio will pay for the products to be returned.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS & AMENDMENTS

We’re really quick at picking and packing your order to dispatch once it’s been placed, which means we can’t make any changes to the order details, delivery addresses or payment methods.

PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM THIRD PARTIES

Bambino Mio will exchange or replace any damaged or faulty products covered by our guarantee.

Bambino Mio will replace products which have been purchased from third parties providing that they are an official Bambino Mio stockist and proof of purchase is provided.

If products are damaged or a manufacturing fault has been identified Bambino Mio will pay for the products to be returned.

A refund can only be obtained from the original seller.
