Ecoconcious brand, these are fab and work. Fit from 17 months which was handy for early PT.
Fast delivery. Sizes small though worth bearing in mind when ordering. Still the best out there.
We've been practicing EC from 5 months and all was going well so as my son hit the 1 year mark I ordered some training pants. Each time he uses the potty I offer "Nappy or pants?" and he takes the pants with a grin every time! He's 14m now and he's started to bring me the pants when he needs the potty! It's wonderful. They wash and dry easily. Nice and soft. Not too bulky. Small enough to fit a small 1yo.
padding is going clumpy and they haven’t been washed that much

Start simple. Bring the potty into your routine before you expect anything from it: leave it in the bathroom, let your toddler sit on it after meals or before bath time, and keep the whole thing pressure-free. Once they're showing some awareness of when they need to go, training pants for toddlers are a natural next step. They give children just enough feedback (a mild sensation of wetness) to help them start recognising their own cues.
Most children are ready somewhere between 18 months and 3 years, but readiness looks different for every child. Watch for signs like staying dry for longer stretches, showing an interest in the toilet, or starting to let you know when their nappy needs changing. If those signs aren't there yet, waiting a little longer usually means the whole process goes faster once you do start.
It varies a lot. Some toddlers get the hang of daytime dryness within a couple of weeks; others take a few months of gradual progress. Three to six months for reliable daytime confidence is pretty common, with night-time dryness often coming later on. Staying consistent makes a bigger difference than almost anything else, whether that be at home or at nursery.
There's no magic number. Most children show signs of readiness between 18 months and 3 years, and starting before they're ready tends to make the whole process take longer. Your child's behaviour is a far better guide than their birthday. If you're unsure, your health visitor is always worth a conversation.
Boys can sometimes take a little longer to show readiness than girls, and many parents find that starting around 2 to 2.5 years works well. The signs to look for are the same regardless, including longer dry spells, curiosity about the toilet, telling you when their nappy is wet or dirty. A lot of families find that training pants for boys are a good stepping stone, starting with sitting down for wees to keep things straightforward, then moving to standing once confidence is there.
Girls often show readiness signs a little earlier than boys, though every child finds their own pace. Somewhere between 18 months and 2.5 years is a common window. Training pants for girls work the same way: look for longer dry periods, interest in the toilet and a growing awareness of when they need to go, and start when those signs are showing up consistently.
Reliable potty training pants which hold part of the pee so it does not get on the floor, socks or shoes. I ordered size 3-4 years as I previously had size 1-2, which was getting too small for my 2 year old (wearing clothing size 92). I would recommend sizing up as she can now take then on and off helself. Kindergarten teachers love then aswell.
So far so good 😊 These are really soft and nice and stretchy, so my little girl can get them on and off herself without asking for help every time.
I'd actually ordered some cheaper potty pants from Amazon first and honestly these feel loads nicer. You can tell the quality is better.
We bought the pack of 5 and it's been great value because we're getting through quite a few pairs every day while she's learning. Really happy with them so far.
Really happy with these. They held the little leaks really well and although the legs felt a bit damp afterwards, his clothes stayed dry which meant far fewer outfit changes. I don't think they'd hold a really big wee, but I don't think that's what they're meant for anyway.
My little boy loved the pattern and was so proud pulling them on himself. They definitely helped build his confidence during potty training. We've already ordered another pack as I think we need about 8.
I really struggled to potty train my son, but these Bambino Mio training pants were a complete game changer. They helped him recognise when he was wet, and because he didn't like the feeling, he quickly started to understand when he needed to use the potty.
I would highly recommend them. My only tip is to buy plenty to start with, we got through quite a few in the early days, and potty training can definitely get a messy!
