Little hands get everywhere so it's important to keep your toilet training seat clean in-between use. After each use, wipe clean any drips or sticky poo patches. Use a solution of 1 part water and 1 part white vinegar or an all-purpose disinfectant to spray all surfaces of the seat. Then they're good to go again!
For a stress-free move away from nappies, start potty training when your toddler is showing signs they are ready to give it a go. Are they able to stay dry for up to 2 hours or during a nap? Do they ask to be changed and dislike the feeling of being wet? Are they showing signs of independence by doing things themselves?
It’s often good to stay at home for the first few days of potty training, making it much easier to clear up the occasional accident. Get your toddler used to their potty, by letting them carry it around with them during the day and move it where they like. You could even sit them on the potty fully clothed and let them read a book or play. Keep the potty within easy reach or even have a couple of potties throughout the home.
Good news, it should fit! Our training seat tucks neatly underneath your existing toilet seat, so it’s the size of the seat opening that counts, not the shape of your toilet. Ma fille préfère aller sur les toilettes « des grands » que sur son pot. Donc très bon point ! Et on gagne du temps de lavage de pot, donc hyper pratique. Léger, facile à nettoyer.
Néanmoins, ça glisse un peu si elle bouge et j’ai l’impression qu’elle n’est pas très à l’aise avec les jambes dans le vide. Donc il faut ajouter un petit marchepied et rester près d’elle (dans notre cas lui tenir la main :) ) pour éviter les chutes.
Mais parfait dans cette phase d’apprentissage de la propreté.
This toilet seat fits our modern square toilets (new Persimmon house). It sits comfortably underneath the toilet seat, and my little boy is happy to use it. No issues to date. Would recommend, particularly as it's difficult to find anything else to fit this shape of toilet.

Fits neatly between the toilet seat and rim of toilet so the seat is secure and not too high. I prefer this design to the ones that sit on top of the seat.

This toilet seat is great because it goes between the main seat and ceramic so even on our square toilet it just fits and doesnt wobble. My only issues are that the front isnt tall enough to protect from little boys peeing on the rim rather than in it and also that the back rest could be thinner so they can sit further back. My son is so close to the front that he barely gets his front parts in the hole. He is 2 and small for his age so can't see him getting long out of this product. So the general idea is great but if the company could make a few adjustments it could be even better and actual function properly.

Sits on the toilet rim and the seat fits over it holding it in place. Great for little ones to sit on doesn't move or wobble no matter how wriggly they may be. Great product

Der tut, was er soll. Dieser Sitz sitzt gut auf der Toilette und verrutscht nicht w_hrend mein Spr̦ssling mehr oder weniger darauf herum turnt. Immer wieder weiter zu empfehlen.
