• Standard delivery is free for orders over £15 and takes 2 - 3 days. For orders under £15 we charge £2.99 delivery
• Express delivery is 1 - 3 day service and in most cases is a next day depending on your location. This costs £5.95

We’re here to help you use and get into a routine with your reusable nappies. If you’re having trouble using your nappies and would like some support and advise from us,click here to contact our nappy experts.

We accept returns for products purchased directly from us within 30 days of receipt. A valid proof of purchase is required. Products must be unopened, in their original packaging and in a saleable condition. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept products that have been washed, tried on or worn.

Please complete the returns form received in your parcel and send back to us with your chosen courier.

Once the products are returned, you will be notified once your return has been received and your refund has been issued. Your original delivery charge cannot be refunded and will be deducted from your refund amount. Your refund will be credited back to your original payment method. We aim to process refunds within 5-7 working days of the goods being received by us.

Unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for shipping costs and lost or damaged packages in transit. When returning your items to us, we recommend you obtain a (free) proof of postage and keep a record of your tracking number when posting your return to us.
